You would be surprised to know that cutting down on calories, carbohydrates or fats are not the exact answer to reduce weight. Recent studies have revealed that whenever we eat food, two special chemicals are released in our brain, one of which controls the metabolism of fat consumed in the diet. One of the mind blowing way is to control the functioning of that chemical and produce it in large quantity so that you lose weight even if you consume food that composes of an appropriate amount of fat.

Another new and exciting way to lose weight is to consume an appropriate amount of water that would help your body to excrete excess or waste from your body easily. Try to consume water just before the meals so that your stomach is full quickly when you start eating. You may also need to learn that junk food is not healthy and only adds to your problem of obesity. You should therefore avoid junk food and think twice before you need in a restaurant as they usually use high calorie ingredients to prepare food. Another mind blowing ways to lose weight is to use small plates when you serve food so that you can have a psychological feeling that you have eaten a good amount of food.
