Weight loss is easier if you have enough help and support. Try starting up a weight loss group with your friends, family and work colleagues who also want to lose weight.
Have a prize for the person who loses the most weight each and try and do one activity a week that helps you lose weight and have fun together. Even going shopping together will help burn calories as you walk round the shops and will be fun for everyone.
